Today marks the launch of Nate Killick Photography, a space where I’ll share my photographic journey, creative experiments, and deep love for light, land, and storytelling. Whether you’re an art lover, a nature enthusiast, or someone curious about NFTs and visual media, I hope you’ll enjoy following along.
My name is Nate Killick - I’m based in Tasmania, Australia, and originally started my creative path in AI-generated art before evolving into photography.
By day I also work as a water quality scientist - I believe that science, art and faith inform each other in surprising ways.

On my site and gallery, I already showcase collections like Between Land & Light and work with photography editions on blockchain platforms like Foundation. My hope is to bridge traditional photography and new onchain media, always with respect to nature and storytelling.
Photography, for me, is about the dialogue between physical place and the way light reveals - or conceals - its hidden beauty. In Tasmania, we’re blessed with dramatic landscapes, shifting weather, and unique flora & coastlines. I aim to bring those hidden stories forward.
The “Between Land & Light” concept is also a metaphor: capturing the spaces between - not just a literal scene, but the feelings, the moments, the transitions that often go unseen.
As this is the first post, here’s what I hope to build over time:
